electrostatic force is the force produced while rubbing two or more insulators.
and the electricity produced by the rubbing of two or more insulators is called static electricity

Electro staticforce refers to electromagnetic force that is build by static charges around their body basically called electromagnetic field. The electromagnetic field always go from north pole to south pole or positive to negitve pole in electric charges. We cannot measure field of electromagnetism but we only measure force of electromagnetic charges
Static electricity is a term refer to electric current that is at rest means only produce magnetic force but not heat effect. The electron ,proton, and positron are static electricity of matter basically found in atom
