Endosmosis :-

When the cell has less water concentration than the medium in which it is kept, the water molecules will flow into the cell. The cell swells.

Exosmosis :-

When the cell has more water concentration than the medium in which it is kept, the water molecules will flow out of the cell. The cell shrinks.
