hey...here is ur answer...
______________________________________________________________

PRokaryotic cell :

1) Generally smaller in size....

2) Nucleod is not surrounded by a nuclear membrane and is in direct contact with cytoplasm...

3) contains single chromosome...

4) nucleolus is absent...

5) membrane bound cell organelles are absent...

Eukaryotic cell:

1) generally larger in size...

2) contains more than one chromosome...

3) membrane bound cell organelles (example mitochondria, plastids, endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus, lysosomes , are present....

4) Distinct nucleus is present.. nuclear material is surrounded by a nuclear membrane and is not in direct contact with cytoplasm...

5) nucleolus is present..
