EVAPORATION
Evaporation is the process of a substance in a liquid state changing to a gaseous state due to an increase in temperature and/or pressure. Evaporation is a fundamental part of the water cycle and is constantly occurring throughout nature.
VAPOURISATION
Vaporization, conversion of a substance from the liquid or solid phase into the gaseous (vapour) phase. If conditions allow the formation of vapour bubbles within a liquid, the vaporization process is called boiling. Direct conversion from solid to vapour is called sublimation.

evaporation is the process at which the water vapourised below its boiling point. on the other hand Vaporisation is the process at which water boil at 100 degree Celsius and with increasing temperature it starts vaporized.
