Fahrenheit and Celsius  are the units  used to measure temperature.

Differances :

1)avg human temperature in terms of Celsius is 37°C while in fahrenheit it is 98.6 °F

Other things like boiling temperature of water and,etc are differant in Celsius and Fahrenheit .
