Fertilization:
1. It is the union of two compatible gametes.
2. It occurs in almost all eukaryotes.
3. Fertilization produces a diploid zygote.
Double Fertilization:
1. It is union of one male gamete with egg and the other male gamete with secondary nucleus of the same embryo sac.
2. It is restricted to angiosperms only.
3. Double fertilization produces a diploid zygote and a triploid primary endosperm cell.

Hii....
Fertilization is the phenomena in which the male gamete fuses with the female gamete to form zygote and double fertilization is wen in angiospermic flowers two male gametes in ovum ..one fuses with egg to form zygote.. and other with secondary nuclei..to form endosperm
Asexual reproduction doesnt involve fusion of male n female gametes ..
