In Fleming left hand rule the mid figure 1st figure and thumb are stretched mutually perpendicular to each other where 1st figure shows the direction of magnetic field, mid figure shows the direction of current and thumb shows the direction of force or motion.

AND in Fleming right hand rule the mid figure, 1st figure and thumb are stretched mutually perpendicular to each other where 1st figure shows the direction of magnetic field, mid figure shows the direction of induce current and thumb shows the direction of motion or force.

Hence in short.......

Fleming left hand is use in case of electric motor and Fleming right hand rule is use in case of generators....
