Flower vs Vegetative Branch. (Difference between Flower and Reproductive Shoot) The flower is the reproductive structure formed in the plant group Angiosperms or Magnoliophyta, commonly called as the 'Flowering Plants'. The flower is a 'modified branch' or axis developed from a 'determinate' apical meristem.

Flower is a reproductive shoot/bud. vegetative shoot refers to the stem, leaf and all growing tips of the plant
In flower the growth is limited whereas in the vegetative shoot it is not.
Their internodes aren't distinct(in flower)in other hand they are distinct.
