foreign trade is the trade done by the MNCs (Multinational Corporations) and the money used in this foreign trade us called as Foreign Investment.

There is a big difference between these two . foriegn trade means foriegn companies exchanging its goods with us .

Foriegn investment means MNC's investing its money for setting up its unit in our country .
