The word FOUND is the past tense of the verb Find, which means to discover or identify.

For example, I finally found the shirt I have been looking for.

The word ‘founded’ is the part tense of the verb found which means to establish / set up.

For example, This company was founded in the late 90s by Mr.Anderson.
