Fundamental rights means laws

example :- law of religion freedom

Fundamental duties means it's our wish we can or can't follow them but fundamental rights we have to must follow them I think you understand it

Fundamental Rights are those which are the rights given to the citizens. It is for all citizens in spite of their color, cast, or religion. for example, Right to equality and abolition of Untouchability.

whereas,

Fundamental Duties are the duties which all citizens must do for their country. If they possess rights it is their duty to do some work for their Country. For example, to respect their Country's environment and do some more work to develop it more.
