Legal Rights: Legal rights are rights which are guaranteed by any statute for the time being in force. It could be a legal right of a son against his deceased father's property or right of a citizen to vote.

Fundamental Rights: these are the right which are considered to be foundation of a dignified human life and are fundamental to existence. Nevertheless, it must be noted that, fundamental rights to be enforced must be guaranteed by some statute.
