There are lot of differences between fungi and bacteria starting from no of cells

Fungi are multicellular except yeast whereas bacteria are mostly unicellular

Fungi has cell wall made of chitin whereas bacteria has cell wall made of peptidoglycan

Fungi are eukaryotic organisms whereas bacteria are prokaryotic
