Fuse=the fuse get heated and the wire burns off.....it can damage the appliance ....
MCB=it is a automatic circuit which due to overheating automatically cuts the current flowing to our ...and thus prevents damage of appliances

Both fuse and MCB are for saving wire from shot circuiting. But if there is fuse and if electricity overflow fuse saves it from going into homes but needs to be replaced after every shot circuit. But MCB is the modern type of fuse which saves wire and also not need to be replaced . It can continue it's work when we switch on it.
