What is the difference between g=6.673^-11 and g=9.81m/s^2?

It is universal gravitational constant.

g = 9.81 m/s²

It is acceleration due to gravity on earth. It varies from planet to planet and might also vary on earth depending upon the latitude but G is constant throughout the universe.
