good is more of an adjective whereas, well is an adverb

ad adjectives modifies a noun, so good is used to describe something or someone

Good basically describes job, which is moreover a noun, so good is an adjective, as we know an word which is describing a noun considered as adjective.

Another side, Well is an adverb describing how the job was performed.
