BUT THE FORCE BY WHICH THE EARTH ATTRACTS THE OBJECT TOWARDS IT IS KNOWN AS THE FORCE OF GRAVITY.

Gravitational force : The force with which two objects attract each other is called gravitational force.

Force of gravity : The force with which the earth pulls the objects towards it is called gravitational force of earth or gravity.
