here is your answer

Heat measures both kinetic and potential energy contained by molecules in an object. On the other hand, temperature measures average kinetic energy of molecules in substance. ... The standard unit ofmeasurement of heat is Joules, while that of temperature is Kelvin, but it can also be measured in Celsius and Fahrenheit.

hlo ....

here is your answer...

The hotter an object is, the faster the motion of the molecules inside it. Thus, the heat of an object is the total energy of all the molecular motion inside that object.Temperature, on the other hand, is a measure of the average heat or thermalenergy of the molecules in a substance.

Heat flow is measured as the amount ofenergy transferred per unit of time. In SI units this would be measured in Joules persecond. A Joule per second is the same as aWatt (W), so heat flow should be expressed in Watts.
