History is the study of the past from where the world exists. It specifically refers to the time that has proof of written records of the past and related them with human lives. These written records include rare manuscripts written on paper, animal skin or leaves that shows the royalties, emperors and divinities.
Pre history is referred to the time when writhing was not introduced. It is basically the time period before history. As there are no written proofs and records in pre history, information can be collected from ancient artifacts, carvings, drawings, etc.
Historiography refers to the theory of writing history. It includes critical examining of the various sources, selecting particular details from these sources and then blending those details into narrative form for critical examination.
