horizontal distribution of power is also known as check and balance .
in this type of power sharing power is shared among different organs .
the different organs like judiciary legislative and executive .
power is shared among them equally and each organ enjoy and exercise their power .
this reduces the conflict among the society.
in vertical division of power , power is shared among different levels of the government
the different levels of the government are central , state and local government .
they all enjoy their power and each have individually their power .
