The difference between Human and non-Human Resources is:
- Human resource needs education, training and healthcare and various other facilities to develop.
- On the other hand, Non-Human Resource is known as material resource. Examples include materialistic things like cars, hospitals, banks, libraries, parks petrol, computers, books, clocks, plants, land and money.
- They need money, capital and physical inputs to develop.
- Land and physical capital are useless without human resources.
- The human resource makes use of other resources to produce an output. The other resources cannot become useful on their own.
