what is the difference between hypotonic and hypertonic solutions

If the concentration of the solution is less then it is hypotonic.If the concentration of the solution is more then it is hypertonic.In hypotonic solutions the amount of solute is very less compared to solvent.In hypertonic solutions the amount of solute is very more compared to solvent.
