Although the deformation of the electron orbit is independent of temperature, the electronic polarization and thus dielectric constant ε of a dielectric with increasing temperature decreases, because increases its volume and decreases the number of particles per unit volume. Thus, the resistivity should increase with increasing dielectric constant.
