Sentences which express an ardent wish, prayer, curse etc., are called optative sentences. Exclamatory and optative sentences are followed by the sign of exclamation (!).

Imperative Sentences:- Those sentences in which anyone express their request and desire and to take command. These type of sentences are called Imperative Sentences.

Optative Sentences:- Those sentences in which anyone express their blessing to any other person.These type of sentences are called operative sentences.
