Will means that are are sure.
For eg:- I will go Mumbai tomorrow.
So, will means a I am sure I will go to mumbai
Would means a less Probablity and is also used to request.
For eg :-I would go to Mumbai tomorrow
I am not sure.
Request, :- Would you please bring me water
