Indian System and International System are two types of naming numbers.
Indian System:
In Indian System place the commas and naming as follows.
Example : 198765789
Step1: Place commas as per Indian System i:e from RHS first 3 numbers and then for two numbers 19,87,65,789

 Ten Crore Crore Ten Lakh Lakh TenThousands Thousands Hundreds Decimal Units  1 9 8 7 6 5 7 8 9

Thus number in Indian System is Ninteen crores eight seven lakhs sixty five thousand seven hundred and eighty nine.

International System:

As per International System place the commas and naming as follows.
Example : 198765789
Step1: Place commas as per International System from RHS for every 3 numbers  as follows 198,765,789

 HundredMillion TenMillion Million HundredThousand TenThousand Thousands Hundreds Decimal Units  1 9 8 7 6 5 7 8 9

Thus number in International System is One hundred ninety eight million seven sixty five thousand seven hundred and eighty nine.
