The objects which allows the electricity to pass through them are called conductors. The objects which do not allow the electricity to pass through them are called insulators.

A conductor is something which allows the electric current to flow through it freely whereas an insulator prevents any electric current flowing through it. The conductors can pass electricity through them due to free electrons present in them. Example - Iron, Copper, Aluminum etc....
