Answer:

The nature and origins of hominid intelligence is a much-studied and much-debated topic, of natural interest to humans as the most successful and intelligent hominid species.

There is no universally accepted definition of intelligence, one definition is "the ability to reason, plan, solve problems, think abstractly, comprehend ideas and language, and learn." The evolution of hominid intelligence can be traced over its course for the past 10 million years, and attributed to specific environmental challenges.

It is a misunderstanding of evolutionary theory

A sense of observing the right and wrong is the difference between intelligence in the worldly matter and intelligence in aspiring to evolve as a human being.

Intelligence in the worldly matter:

Being logical doesn’t always mean that we are doing right. Intelligence in the worldly matter is the intelligence which is all about the techniques to develop our era. Whenever we become intelligent in worldly sense, we try to work in a scientific manner.

Intelligence in aspiring to evolve as a human being :

On the other hand, intelligence in aspiring to evolve as a human being is just opposite to that. When we become intelligent and try to aspire as a human being, we work on ethics. Now we try to know the right and wrong.
