what is the difference between intention and action???give better answer i will mark as brainlist or reported

Heyaa dear...
Have u ever thought of doing something, and u didn't did that... If so, Than that's ur intentions. But if you though something and u did that it's known as action.
Means we can say that when we thought of something, but we don't do that, we just thought. For example : I thought that I will tease my friend, but I don't tease her, it's interesting intention. But if I teased her, it's action..
