✔INVOLUNTARY ACTIONS :- these are those actions which are not under the control of our will and they take place automatically in our body , knowingly or unknowingly.
⚫they are controlled by the part 'medulla' of our brain.
⚫example- blinking of eyes, digestion, etc.
✔REFLEX ACTION :- these are those actions which are quick , immediate and involuntary and they take place very suddenly in our body , due to unusual and sudden change in our surroundings.
⚫they are controlled by the spinal cord.
⚫example- when we accidently touch a hot object, we immediately remove our hand.
