Isobars are the species i.e (it can be atoms, molecules, ions) of different elements having same atomic mass number but different atomic number
eg - calcium & Argon both has atomic mass 40 but different atomic number

Isotopes are the species of same elements having same atomic number but different atomic mass number
eg - Chlorine - 35, Chlorine-37 both have same atomic Number of 17 but has different atomic mass

Isotones are the species of different elements which have same no.of neutrons (Neutrons can be calculated Atomic mass - Atomic number)
eg - Carbon and nitrogen

Isomers are the compounds having same molecular formula but it will have different structures

So isobars is about same Atomic mass of different elements
Isotopes is about same atomic number of same elements
Isotones is about same no.of Neutrons of different elements
Isomers is about compound having same molecular formula
