Isotopes:-
The atoms of thr same elements which have the same number of protons but have different number of neutrons are called "ISOTOPES".
Eg:-12C6, 13C6, 14C6.
Isobars:-
Atoms of different elements having different atomic number but not same mass number are called "ISOBARS".
Eg:-40Ar18, 40Ca20
So,it is difference between two.

Heya Mate,

Isobars is a species of elements having same atomic mass but Different atomic numbers. Example:- Argon 40 isobar and Calcium has 40 mass number which is same.

Isotopes is a particular element with same Atomic number but different mass number.
ex:- Hydogen has 3 isotopes namely Protium, Deuterium and, Tritium with masses 1,2 and 3 respectively.

Thanks for asking the question...
I hope it helped you...
