Hey mate...... Here is the correct answer :

Judicial review means the power of any Court to have the records and to re verify the case for example supreme court as well as the high court both have the power of Judicial review but PIL Public Interest Litigation means that anyone other can case on any detention to provide justice to someone else or a culprit
