the main difference is that an on screen key board is an default digital keyboard on the screen which gives you accessibility to type if your real keyboard is not working or any other issues. a real key board is hard input device which you can touch and feel but an onscreen keyboard is opposite of it.

Hey Mate! The difference between keyboard and on screen keyboard is 1.keyboard is big than on screen 2.if you write with keyboard you will see underline under letter F and G and on screen keyboard it will not appear. 3.you will write best with keyboard than on screen keyboard.
