kinamaticis is a branch of mechanics which is concerned with the motion of the object without reference to the forces which cause the motion. dynamics is also the branch of mechanics which is concerned with the motion of bodies under the action of forces.

Dynamics is a branch of applied mathematics (specifically classical mechanics) concerned with the study of forces and torques and their effect on motion (as opposed to kinematics, which studies the motion of objects without reference to its causes).
