Well there's not much difference between both of these terms as they are correlated to each other....infact you'll see that one leads you to the answer.
You can say that education is a formal process whereas knowledge is an informal experience.
Also education is gained through formal institutions like colleges, universities,etc but knowledge is gained through real life experiences.
Education is taught to us.....knowledge is gained by itself.
Education is nothing but the process of learning where one comes to know about various facts, ideas, etc and knowledge is the application of these ideas and facts.
