What is the difference between lens and mirror and also what are the difference between concave and convex lens????

a concave mirror converges light to a focal point A convex mirror diverges light, as does a concave lens.

Light rays are refracted by lens while light rays are reflected by mirror.   Concave lens are generally thin at  centre and thick at edges   while ,convex lens are thick at middle.   Convex lens converges all incident rays parallel to principal axis at focal length Concave lens diverges all rays , incident parallel to principal axis
