what is the difference between logical text styles and physical text styles?

logical text styles:: it's describe the browser what the page is about that ::
physical text styles :: means the how your page is look
for example simply we think <b/> and <strong/> tag both are same but both have different mean for browser
as <strong/> is a logical text styles
and <b/> is a physical text styles
