What is the difference between loving all people and loving oneself?

· It's about ascribing ourselves our true value – and doing the same to others. Loving ourselves is about taking care of ourselves – mind, body and soul. It's about having routines and rhythms which show we value ourselves, and we believe we have value to give to others.
