what is the difference between low level language and high level language?

1 Low-level language is machine readable form of programme. Whereas the high-level language will be in human readable form.
2 Machine languages and Assembly languages are the low-level languages. Whereas Pascal,C++,Java,etc. are examples of high-level languages.
