Lymph is the fluid that circulates throughout the lymphatic system. The lymph is formed when the interstitial fluid is collected through lymph capillaries.
Blood is a body fluid in humans and other animals that delivers necessary substances such as nutrients and oxygen to the cells and transports metabolic waste products away from those same cells.

● Difference between blood and lymph -
- Blood flows through blood vessels while lymph flows through lymph vessels.
- Blood is red coloured while lymph is pale yellow in colour.
- Flow of blood is bidirectional while flow of lymph is unidirectional.
- Platelets and RBCs are present in blood but not in lymph.
- Blood shows large amount of fibrinogen while lymph shows less amount of fibrinogen.
