(1) Mansabdari : Mansabdari simply means a rank or order in military or administrative department (except judiciary of that time ). The word ‘Mansabdari’ in moghul hierarchy indicates the number of troops the mansabdar have to held in his possesion. To find out the exact number of troops to be heldd by mansabdar was decided by Zat or Swat rank ( as per ncert textbook).While in administrative purpose a officer holding land for tax collection maybe called as Mansabdar.
(2) Jagirdari- The land which was given by emperor to his men on lieu for revenue collection was called as jagir and the man possesing jagir was called as jagirdar and this phenomena was called as jagirdari
Difference - All Mansabdars may be called as Jagirdars BUT All jagirdars may not be called as Mansabdars
