Mass is the actual amount of matter present in the body while the weight is the amount of force exerted by the gravity on the body.
Mass is a constant quantity in the whole universe while weight is minimum in moon due to the 'g' force.

1. Mass uses Kg (Kilogram) and weight uses N (Newton)
2. Mass will never be changed but weight can be changed according to the gravity.
