What is the difference between mass and
weight of an object. Will the mass and
weight of an object on the earth be same
as their values on Mars? Why?

Mass is a scalar quantity. It has magnitude. Weight is a vector quantity. It has magnitude and is directed toward the center of the Earth or other gravity well.

Answer. No they will be not same coz the gravitational force exerted by Mars on us is different from that of exerted by Earth... ... of molecules in us remains constant on Mars and Earth So therefore it remains constant and does not vary..
