Hi there,

Metals Have tendency to loose Electrons while Non Metals have tendency to gain Electrons.

Metals are Sonorous while Non Metals are not.

Most Metals are Conductor of hear and electricity while non metals are not.

Metals are Lustrous.

metal:- sonorous, lustrous, good conductor of heat and electricity, malleable ,ductile.
non-metal:- non-sonorous ,non lustrous (accpect iodine),non malleable, non ductile, poor conductor of heat and electricity (accpect graphite).
