Molecular Mass:-

  • It is the Mass of a molecule of a substance.
  • It has unit u

Molecular mass of Carbon Monoxide:-

\\ \sf\longmapsto CO

\\ \sf\longmapsto 12u+16u

\\ \sf\longmapsto 28u

Molar mass:-

  • It is the mass of 1mole of a substance
  • It has unit g/mol

Molar mass of Carbon monoxide

\\ \sf\longmapsto 28g/mol
