What is the difference between monoglycerides, diglycerides and triglycerides?​

A Monoglycerides is the condensation of one fatty acid and glycerol.

A Diglyceride is the condensation of two fatty acid and glycerol.

A Triglyceride is the condensation of three fatty acids and glycerol.
