multiple cropping: two or more crops grown in one land is called multiple cropping. for example, turmeric and corn. in this paddy don't want some nutrients and the corn needs that nutrient means it take it . by this method there will be no of losing nutrients and loss of water. and it help to earn good profit.

modern farming method: this involve HYV seeds that is high yield variety seeds, irrigation, transportation, machines etc...
modern farming method gives us more profit at the same time it is harmful to us. it make ground water level to be reduced.

hope it helps.

Multiple Cropping
1. Two or more crops are grown, at a same period or season in same area of land.
2. It is a type of poly-culture.
For example- Growing tomato + onion + marigold
During the same season and same land. Also marigold repels some tomato pests.
3. Various crops require various nutrients, hence the land is better utilized. It also helps to maintain soil's fertility.
4. It does not give space for weds and hamper to grow.
Modern Farming Method
In moder farming method instead of plough tractors are used and also other agricultural modern machines too.
