What is the difference between national parks and biosphere reserves? Please answer ASAP Thanks in Advance

National Parks

1.) Covers area from 0.04 to around 3614 sq km.

2.) Made for the protection of a particular wildlife species.

3.) It is open for tourism.

4.) No human activity is allowed inside it.

5.) Outside species are allowed to be habitat.

Examples-

(1)Kaziranga National Park (Assam),

(2) Sundarbans National Park (West Bengal)

Biosphere reservse

1.) Animals are protected in their original habitat.

2.) It includes national parks, wildlife sanctuary as well.

3.) No outside species are allowed except locals flora and fauna.

4.) It is used for conservation as well as research.

5.) It extends up to the area of 5000-6000 sq km.

Examples:-

(1)Panna, M.P.

(2)Nilgiri (Tamil Nadu-Kerala)
