What is the difference between natural killer cells and cytotoxic t cells?

Both of them are cytotoxic immune cells that are capable of killing foreign pathogens and also cancer cells.

However they belong to different systems within the immune system. Natural killer (NK) cells belong to the innate immune system.
This include bacterial or virus particles or virus infected cells.
